We make cuplock scaffolding on the same welding machines we build for other manufacturers. That changes how we talk about tolerances, output, and what we can promise.
Cuplock Made on the Same Standards Welding Machines
Our cuplock standards are welded on the same automatic lines we sell to other scaffolding makers. The machine holds the tube, places the cup, and welds with 13 power sources working at once. That setup gives us repeatable cup spacing and a straight standard from 0.5 to 3.0 meters.
We do not claim this makes our cuplock special. Many factories use similar equipment. But owning the line means we can adjust it for our own production without waiting on a supplier. It also means the people who run the line are the same people who built it.
