We make ringlock scaffolding in Renqiu, Hebei. Our line runs from laser cutting to automatic welding, and we quote based on steel grade, wall, finish, and mix.
How We Make Ringlock Scaffolding
Ringlock is our main product. We cut Q355 tube, punch the rosette holes, place the rosettes, and weld them with automatic machines. Ledgers and braces use Q235 steel. Most parts are hot-dip galvanized, but we also offer painted or powder coated finishes.
The standard line can produce 3,500 pieces in 10 hours. We use MAG/CO2 gas-shielded welding with 13 power sources on one machine. Our ledgers are welded on both ends at once. We keep stock in our Malaysia warehouse for local delivery.

Nominal dimensions. Wall thickness 2.75 / 3.0 / 3.2 mm, customizable. Unit weights and load data are issued with the quotation.
What Drives a Ringlock Quotation
- Steel grade. Standards use Q355. Ledgers and braces use Q235. Higher grade steel costs more but allows lighter design.
- Wall thickness. We offer 2.75, 3.0, and 3.2 mm as standard. Custom thickness is possible. Thicker wall adds weight and price.
- Finish. Hot-dip galvanized is the main finish. Painted or powder coated in red, orange, blue, or yellow is optional.
- Mix of lengths. Standards from 0.5 to 3.0 m. Ledgers from 0.3 to 3.0 m. The mix affects packing and total cost.
- Packing. We pack in steel bundles or pallets. Bulk packing costs less but takes more space. Custom packing is available.
