Why We Build Our Own Welding Machines
We started as a scaffolding manufacturing company in 2016. Early on, we saw that the weak point in most scaffolding is not the tube or the rosette. It is the weld. If a weld fails, the whole structure is compromised, no matter how good the steel is.
So we took a different path. Instead of buying standard welding equipment and hoping for the best, we design and build our own machines. Our standard welding machine uses 13 welding power sources working at the same time. It handles tube diameters of 48 and 60 mm, and lengths from 0.5 to 3 meters. That gives us direct control over the most critical part of the product.

When This Does Not Matter
If you need a small, one-off order of stock scaffolding, any supplier will do. You can buy from a local distributor and be fine. Our approach is overkill for that situation.
This matters when you order repeatedly, when you need consistency across many batches, or when you put workers on the structure every day. That is when owning the welding process changes what you receive.
What Owning the Welding Means for Buyers
- Consistency across batches. Because we control the welding machines, every batch goes through the same parameters. You do not get one good order and one questionable one.
- Real capacity. Our standards line can produce 3,500 pieces in 10 hours. That capacity is built on our own equipment, not outsourced welding.
- Traceable tube stamping. We can stamp your identifier on the tube ends. If a problem ever appears on site, you can trace it back to the batch.
- Materials we trust. Standards use Q355 steel. Ledgers, braces, and planks use Q235. We know what goes into each weld because we built the machine that makes it.
- One process, one owner. From laser cutting to robot stacking, the line is ours. That means fewer handoffs and fewer chances for error.
